Customer support at Take a Break Bingo can be reached by email
Customer support doesn’t seem to be too high on the list of priorities when it comes to Take a Break Bingo. It’s not immediately apparent how you can get in touch if you have a problem. We did discover there is an email address you can use. And there is probably help available in the chat rooms. We weren’t able to find this out because we didn’t want to signup and register for an account. There’s no telephone or instant chat option which is very disappointing.
So what did we think of Take a Break Bingo? All in all, it’s not too bad a site, and there are plenty of bingo games to play. There are some generous promotions but we just weren’t enthralled by what was on offer. The website itself is pretty basic and there are a number of other sites, using the same software that have a much larger following.
